Cincinnati Streetcar Maintenance and Operations Facility

I worked as a contract intern architect with DNK Architects to realize this project. I came on board during the transition between schematic design and design development and saw the project through the submission of construction drawings.

 

I was responsible for creating all architectural drawings with Revit. I worked directly with the lead architect to solve design issues and implement solutions. I coordinated with the in house landscape architect and off-site MEP and streetcar specific engineering firms to ensure all drawings and design intents were consistent.

 

I was also tasked with creating several renderings through out various phases of the project to be used in consultations with and approval of the project management firm, the city architect and historical review board.

 

By the end of the project, I had produced all of the 40+ pages of architectural drawings and compiled and reviewed the 200+ page complete drawing set and 1000+ page specifications binder. I also created the final building renderings to be submitted to the city.
